Charlotte is Assistant CEO at The Aspire Educational Trust and Principal at The Wilmslow Academy. 

Charlotte has over 20 years experience in primary education: in senior leadership, leading school to school support and improvement, consultation, initial teacher education and research and as a teacher across all primary age ranges. 

Her last previous post of employment was as Director of Teaching School for Aspirer Teaching Alliance. During this time, she also worked within The Aspire Educational Trust Central team for English which involved providing English support and consultation; she is a Specialist Leader of Education for English.

Charlotte is especially interested in ensuring that, as educators, we provide excellence, equality and opportunity for the children we serve across our schools.
