Andrew has worked in education for more than 20 years. During his career, he has undertaken a wide variety of roles including classroom practitioner, subject leader, year group leader, mentor, Advanced Skills Teacher, Deputy Headteacher and Principal.

He has worked in a range of schools across Manchester, employed by the city council to advise, coach and mentor other professionals.
Andrew's vision for education, which underpins his leadership, is for truly inclusive excellence and equity, where diversity is celebrated, and all pupils reach their true potential.
