Nina has been a HR professional for over 25 years with experience in all areas of organisational development and employee engagement.

Nina has a track record of motivating and developing colleagues at all levels. Nina started her career in retail then moved into the housing sector where she stayed for over 10 years as a senior leader in HR and Leadership. Nina moved into the education sector in 2014, quickly realising this sector was where she achieved the biggest sense of work satisfaction. 

Being a mum of 4 gave her a natural interest in education and the positive impact it can have on families and communities. Nina is passionate about creating a culture where staff feel valued and nurtured to ensure they are able to perform at their very best.
