Sunny received his bachelor's degree in business administration in the late 80s with specialisation in finance and accounting, and passed the professional examination of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the United Kingdom in 1992. He was admitted as a Fellow Member of the ACCA in 1998. Sunny started his career in finance after graduating from university. Throughout his career, he has been the head of finance in various corporations in Britain, America and Hong Kong, and has a wealth of experience in a wide range of financial responsibilities.

He is excited to embark on a new journey as the CFO of the Aspire Educational Trust. The target is to improve all aspects of finance and also to align the improvements with the values, culture and strategic plan of the Trust.
