Courtney has over 7 years of experience in a financial role beginning her journey working for The Aspire Educational Trust since 2019. Starting as a finance apprentice (gaining AAT qualifications) and now working as the finance assistant for the Trust central team. 

As a finance assistant she has a wide variety of responsibilities to make sure that the best financial practices and procedures are being utilized; with a continuing goal to improve all areas of finance, alongside the Trust finance team, to ensure that the highest financial standards are being achieved within the Trust.
