Sue has worked in schools with a finance focus for over 22 years. Starting out as a finance assistant at Victoria Road Primary, she moved to Holmes Chapel Primary as a bursar and gained her school business manager qualification. She supported the school through conversion to become a single academy and then, five years later, she was actively involved during the school’s conversion to the Aspire Educational Trust. Sue is now working for the Trust as the Bursar Support Officer. She has a strong focus on budgeting and value for money in schools, helping educational leaders to make positive financial decisions which in turn help to provide pupils with the best possible outcomes. Known to always have a spreadsheet to hand and a willingness to help, Sue is a happy and supportive member of the Trust Central Team.
