Rach's journey with Aspire started over 10 years ago when she was a parent governor at Dean Oaks Primary School (now The Wilmslow Academy). She knew it was a fab school, so when a position came up in the office she leapt at the chance! Over the years, Rach has worked at Wilmslow as a Receptionist, then Head’s PA and is now in the Central Team.

Although Rach's title is Lead Administrator and Compliance Lead, she does lots of different things within her role; she works with the Research School and Senior Team organising Training Courses, as well as with the HR Team writing contracts and letters. Rach also makes sure that everyone is up-to-date with policies and does her best with Census and Admissions queries.
