After being in the classroom for 25 years and working as Vice Principal, Michelle now works as part of the Aspire Maths Team and as a Primary Mastery Specialist for Cheshire and Wirral Maths Hub. As part of her role as an Evidence Lead in Education (ELE), she works closely with schools on effective implementation and leading PD programmes. Michelle is passionate about all things maths and inspiring teachers and teaching assistants to nurture children to become confident mathematicians and develop a love of learning mathematics.
